All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee on non-unwarrantable items returned.
All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of original purchase date.
A purchase order number or sales order number must be provided with the return.
All exchanges or refunds will go to your original form of payment.

AmericanFireGlass.com promotional codes provide our customers with a specified discount on select items. The discount amount can be calculated in various ways as determined by the type of promotion. Usually there is a dollar value or percent value discount on the AmericanFireGlass.com selling price. Promotion codes are entered prior to checkout and are either applied to the item while in the shopping cart or at the conclusion of the checkout process.
Some offers do not have an expiration while others are available for a limited time; offers are subject to change or end at any time. Promotional codes cannot be combined or 'stacked' with other offers and only one promotional code may be used on each order. However, a promotional code can be combined with E-Gift Certificates. 1. American Fire Glass Gift Cards: The following provisions govern the offering of Electronic Gift Cards as defined below by American Fire Glass
1.1 Purchasing Gift Cards: American Fire Glass offers electronic gift cards that may be purchased and redeemed through the American Fire Glass website https://americanfireglass.com/ Purchasing or redeeming Gift Cards constitutes acceptance of the American Fire Glass Terms and Conditions. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Gift Cards will be provided by American Fire Glass in electronic form only.
1.2 Redeeming Gift Cards: Gift Cards may only be redeemed through the American Fire Glass website and may not be redeemed towards previous purchases. Every purchase made with a Gift Card (plus any applicable shipping/handling fees, taxes, and other fees that may apply) is deducted from the Gift Card balance and any unused Gift Card balance will remain on the Gift Card account. Gift Card balances will be used against the total order placed on the American Fire Glass website and not against specific items of such order. If any purchase exceeds the Gift Card account, the balance must be paid with a credit card or any other payment method accepted in the website
1.3 Gift Card Balance: The balance of a Gift Card can be reviewed by the purchaser or holder of the Gift Card by entering the respective Gift Card code into the order check out page of the American Fire Glass website.
1.4 Restrictions: Balances on multiple Gift Cards cannot be combined on one or more new Gift Cards and Gift Cards cannot be reloaded. Except as expressly allowed by American Fire Glass, Gift Cards may not be transferred for value or resold. Except to the extent required by applicable law, Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or checks, and Gift Card balances cannot be transferred to credit card accounts or accounts of other means of payment. If applicable law requires American Fire Glass to redeem Gift Cards for cash, check, or other means of payment, American Fire Glass reserves the right to select any of the foregoing at its discretion. Gift Cards can only be redeemed for purchases in the currency that matches the personal currency preferences set for the respective Account. American Fire Glass reserves the right to reject the redemption of Gift Cards and request alternative forms of payment, terminate the respective Account, and take legal actions, if American Fire Glass reasonably believes that Gift Cards are abused or used or obtained fraudulently.
1.5 Risk of Loss: The title and risk of loss for Gift Cards passes upon electronic transmission of the Gift Card by American Fire Glass to the purchaser of the Gift Card. American Fire Glass has no obligation to replace lost or stolen Gift Cards, but you can report lost or stolen Gift Cards by contacting Customer Support.
1.6 No expiration date or fees: Gift Cards have no expiration date and American Fire Glass charges no fee in connection with the purchase (except for the selected purchase price of the Gift Card) or redemption of Gift Cards.
1.7 Limitation of Liability: Gift cards are provided by American Fire Glass free of any warranty, express or implied. You may have other or additional rights in connection with your purchase or redemption of Gift Cards under the laws and regulations of the jurisdiction in which you reside and nothing in this Section restricts such rights you may have.
Due to the nature of clearance products, we can not accept returns or exchanges and all sales are final.
Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) Policy
American Fire Glass is implementing a Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) Policy (the “Policy”) For selected American Fire Glass products (“MAP Products”)
Resellers who wish to sell MAP Products will be required to comply with the MAP Policy.
Compliance with American Fire Glass MAP Policy means that MAP Products may not be advertised at a price below the MAP established by American Fire Glass Products.
Pricing listed on an Internet site, email or print is considered an “advertised price” and must adhere to this MAP Policy.
Modifications To The Service and Pricing
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
All American Fire Glass Product are intended and designed to be installed by and NFI certified Installer or licensed contractor. American Fire Glass is not reasonable for and damage or harm that is cause by incorrect or defective installation.
